Jaclene Sini is a production designer for film and television, tech editor for knitwear patterns, and knitwear designer based out of Brooklyn, New York.
Film/Television: Jaclene is currently working as Prop Master for the upcoming short Thirdy, written and starring Chad Sanders (Spike Lee’s Archer and author of Black Magic). She has most recently designed the film ROSA based on the Tribeca Through Her Lens award-winning screenplay, starring Jackie Cruz (Orange is the New Black) and Hadi Tabbal (The Brave). She works regularly on indie shorts and with the Fierstein Graduate School of Cinema. Previously, she has worked under industry veteran Martin Lasowitz (Benny and Joon, Leon: The Professional, I Am Legend) in the prop department of the Netflix production of Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City, helping to source, fabricate, and manage props for the entire series.
Knitwear: Her knitwear has been modeled by celebrity Krysten Ritter and featured on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. She has a wide range of experience including designing for Vogue Knitting, design assisting for brands such as Smart Glamour and David Michael, and consulting for Elie Tahari knitwear. Jaclene is currently working as the technical editor for Brooklyn Tweed.
